WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TAKE CARE?
In-store: If you buy the bracelet for yourself, the service is activated immediately upon welding and is valid for 5 years. If you purchase it as a gift (with or without the bracelet), you will receive a gift card to be activated within 12 months; once activated, the coverage will last for 5 years.
Online: You can purchase it directly from L’Essenziale bracelet product page by selecting it as an additional check box. You will receive a gift card – immediate digital or paper within 1-4 working days – which can be activated exclusively in our stores.
WHAT DO I RECEIVE WHEN PURCHASING TAKE CARE?
Take Care comes as a gift card – paper or digital – with a value of €35 and is designed to accompany and protect your L’Essenziale bracelet over time, dedicated exclusively to the care and transformation services of your jewelry.
Like all Atelier VM gift cards, it can be activated within 12 months in one of the Atelier VM stores located in the country of purchase using the unique code found on the gift card.
Take Care can only be activated in Atelier VM stores and, once activated, it is valid for 5 years from its activation date.
