ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once payment has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent with the order summary and shipping details.
ORDERS
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the purchase date and delivered according to the times indicated in the table below, in the SHIPPING section.
If the selected item is not immediately available, it will be put into production with variable delivery times, which can be consulted at checkout on the order summary page.
REGISTRATION
To use certain features of this website, registration is required, although registration is not mandatory for making a purchase. For further details, please refer to our privacy policy in the Privacy Policy section at the bottom of the page.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must promptly contact customer service by sending an email to customerservice@ateliervm.live.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are indicated in EUR, GBP and USD. Shipping is free for orders over €250 / £250 / $250.
Payments are accepted via PayPal, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Google Pay and Apple Pay. It is possible to split the payment into 3 interest-free instalments by selecting PayPal, Klarna or Scalapay.
When purchasing with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the instalments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and to their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.
Payment security is fully guaranteed by the SSL protocol, Secure Sockets Layer protocol.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped by insured mail through DHL Express.
Remote areas require approximately 1 additional business day.
Taxes and import duties are excluded, except for KIT products from the Impronta Collection.
Please note: we do not ship to Russia.
For countries outside the European Union, the DAP — Delivery at Place — condition applies. This means that the product price excludes taxes and import duties. Upon delivery, the recipient will be required to pay any applicable taxes, import duties and sales taxes, depending on the destination country. This amount cannot be calculated in advance.
INSURANCE
All items shipped with DHL are insured against theft and damage during transit until delivery.
Once delivered, they will no longer be covered by such insurance. Customers are therefore requested to check the integrity of the package before signing for receipt.
RETURN POLICY
Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase may return the item within 14 days of receiving the order. The item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, which is considered an integral part of the product itself.

Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer, including any taxes and customs duties related to re-importation.
Atelier VM reserves the right not to refund unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the required conditions. In such cases, the customer is required to collect the item at their own expense.
Atelier VM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for non-compliant goods.
All customized items, jewelry from the L’Essenziale collection and jewelry from the Impronta collection are excluded from the right of return.
REFUNDS
Only the cost of the returned products will be refunded, while the original shipping costs of the order will not be refunded.
The refund will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of the return.
The amount will be credited back to the account associated with the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs and any customs duties incurred for the return are excluded from the refund.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
EXCHANGES
At the moment, it is not possible to exchange in store an item purchased online.
The jewelry must therefore be returned and a new order must be placed.
REPAIRS
For repair requests, please contact the nearest store or customer service at customerservice@ateliervm.live.
GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY
Atelier VM guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through the website ateliervm.live.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS
All trademarks, logos or service marks, the “Marks”, appearing on the Website, whether registered or unregistered, are the exclusive property of Atelier VM.
These General Terms and Conditions and all materials, elements and content, including drawings, models, illustrations, photographs, videos, texts, codes, audio tracks and graphics, included on the Website, as well as the Website’s “look and feel”, are the exclusive property of Atelier VM.
Nothing contained on the Website may be construed in any way as an implied license of any kind or as a right to use the Marks displayed on the Website without the written authorization of Atelier VM.
Pages of the Website may be copied and printed exclusively for non-commercial purposes connected to orders or purchases made through the Website.
Unless specific prior written authorization is provided, any other use of the Website, its content and information is strictly prohibited.
